How to Request Prescription Refills

• Call Northeast Pain Management Center at 704-403-2525, option # 1, prescription refill line.
  
• Speaking clearly, give your full name including the spelling of your last name
  
• Give your date of birth and social security number
  
• List the name, dosage, and directions of the medications that you wish to be refilled (This information can be found on your current prescription bottle)
  
• You will not receive a confirmation phone call unless there is a question concerning your request
  
• You must call your request in three (3) business days BEFORE you need your medication
  
• You may pick up your paper prescriptions at the front desk AFTER three (3) business days
  
• When you pick up your prescriptions, we will schedule you an appointment for one (1) month after your refill
  
• You may designate someone else to pick up your prescriptions for you
  
• Photo ID is REQUIRED for anyone picking up prescriptions
  
• Please review all prescriptions before leaving the Pain Management Center
  
• A prescription refill request will only occur if your doctor has approved the refill at your previous appointment
