| In order to make your registration as easy as possible, you may be contacted prior to your arrival by our pre-registration staff to obtain your insurance and billing information.
You may also call 704-403-1285 to pre-register by phone. Please, always bring your insurance information, Medicare/Medicaid card, and/or identification cards with you at the time of your admission. The Medical Center will submit a claim to your insurance company for you as a courtesy; however, you are still responsible for prompt payment of your bill.
In addition, you will he asked to pay any co-payments or deductible amounts at the time of your admission or service. Your hospital bill will not include charges for private physicians or for Medical Center - based physicians such as: anesthesiologists, pathologists, radiologists and emergency services physicians. These physicians will mail you a separate bill. See the related information below for more detail on private physician billing.
Our Patient Account Services Department is located at 270 Copperfield Blvd, Suite 11 Concord, NC 28025, and is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Payments can be made by: cash, check, money order or credit card. Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
If you have any questions about your bill or if you are unable to meet your financial obligation to the Medical Center, you may call our financial counselor at 704-403-7973. After your discharge, questions about your bill or insurance should be directed to our Customer Service Division at 704-403-1553.
